Illustrations for ‘The Cultural Acupuncturist’, a publication by ‘The Seeking State’. Commissined by Kai & Kim. ‘The Seeking State’ is a consultancy looking beyond boundaries to provoke curiosity, ask questions and exercise the imagination, to help institutions and companies redefine public engagement. In this project, creative businesses and academia came together in a workshop to ‘co-create’ the next funding model for the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC), to re-think and rescue the term ‘collaboration’ from easy expectation and cliché.
