Discovering Literature

Illustrations for ‘The British Library’s ‘Discovering Literature’ Microsite. Commissioned by Anna Lobbenberg. The project brings to life the social, political and cultural context in which key works of literature were written. The microsite shows digitised manuscripts, notebooks, and personal items from the British Library collection, along with articles, short documentary films and teachers’ notes. Sections and articles illustrated have included: Gender and Sexuality, Capturing and Creating the Modern, Shakespeare & Renaisance,  Fantasy and Fairytale.
